I know...I know......

It's been way too long since I've posted and I'll actually be shocked if there's anyone who even still checks in here. But, just in case there's anyone out there that still lurks every now and then, I thought I'd try to catch you up on what we've been up to the past few months... Don't get in a hurry....it may take me a while! :)

Snow in March

All winter we kept saying that we wished we would get one good snow that we could play in with the kids. E, W and S just knew it was going to snow on Christmas because as E said, "it's supposed to." Well, Christmas came and went without snow. I'd say that we really even didn't have much of a winter with all of the crazy weather- warm one day and cold the next. But, then we get all the way to March and the forcasters say the snow is coming.....and it did! The news said that our area got between 4-7 inches...all I know is that the kids had a ball playing in it! And, they got to build their first real snowman (appropriately named Frosty)!

Merry Christmas! A little late!

I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas! We stayed home as we do every year and my parents, my brother and my aunt all came in on Christmas Eve and stayed until the 26th. We had a great time and Santa left lots of goodies again this year! Will and Sam both got Spiderman scooters and Emma got a pink guitar! Of course, they all got lots more but I think those were the things they were most proud of. Emma also loves to draw so she was thrilled when she saw that Santa also left them an art easel. She's constantly drawing so I'm sure she'll be creating tons of new masterpieces to hang all over the house!

And, I had such good intentions of getting Christmas cards out but it didn't happen this year. I took a ton of pictures of the kids and this is the only one that they were all looking at the camera and seemed half way happy! Anyway, this would have been the picture if you'd gotten a card from us this year! Hope you all had a MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I'm eating my words....

For a long time now I've been lurking and reading other peoples blogs but always saying that I won't do that. I won't create a blog. They're cute and all but I'm not into that. Yeah right, I'm totally addicted to reading the blogs of others, whether I know them or not so I figured I'd jump in and give it a shot too. Hopefully, it will be a way to keep up with all of the crazy stuff that goes on at our house!
